Hello, my name is Chen. I have worked with children all my life in all kinds of different settings. In the past, I taught grades 1-2 in an elementary school and taught language, math, Torah, and English. In addition, I worked as a child development coordinator for three years. I also worked with at-risk youth, in after-school programs, in a communication center, and as a therapist. I connect very well with elementary school-aged children and they tend to connect with me very quickly. I have a bachelor's degree in formal education and therapeutic education, a teaching certificate, a teaching license, and an adapted teaching certificate. Today, I work, among other things, as a teacher for adapted teaching in schools to promote reading and writing in children with learning gaps, and I also teach privately in my home :)
