Helpbook’s goal is to create a more efficient process of searching for employees for domestic jobs. Helpbook’s categories are:

Registration to Helpbook

Registration is simple, convenient and safe.

  • Paid Package
    Enables to publish one ad in the package’s category, as well as full access to the details of all the registered caregivers in the category.
  • Using Helpbook without registering:
    Enables to try out Helpbook, and allows access to partial information about candidates (does not allow to exchange contact details).

Search for candidates easily

Helpbook has an advanced search system that enables accurate filtering and sorting according to many parameters, such as geographic distance, years of experience, salary rate and more. The candidates answer a detailed questionnaire, and can upload:

  • A picture.
  • An introduction video.
  • Recorded recommendations.
    Helpbook’s staff conducts a recorded interview on the phone with recommenders that candidates chose (with their consent). The recorded recommendation is then uploaded to the candidates’ profile.
  • Credibility.
    Helpbook encourages candidates to publish a rich and detailed ad, in order to create reliability. In addition to the information provided from the detailed questionnaire, their profile can contain a picture, video, reviews and recorded recommendations. Moreover, there is an indication if candidates verified their email address or phone number, if they signed in to Helpbook via facebook, and whether their identification document was verified.
  • Publishing an ad.
    You can publish one job ad in each category, as long as the package has not expired. This enables candidates to be exposed to the job and apply. All of Helpbook’s users (registered and non-registered) can see the job ad. In order to protect your privacy, your contact details in the ad are exposed only to registered members.

What do we do after the first contact with candidates?

We recommend conducting a detailed interview, contact recommenders, make a decision and determine a starting date. It is important to know that Helpbook is not responsible or part of the conversation between employers and candidates. Helpbook is here to create a comfortable platform to provide and receive information.

Tips for increasing the exposure and attractiveness of your profile:

In order to increase the number of ad views and receive messages from employers, it is important to provide the maximum information required in the registration process.

  • Video: it is recommended to create (easily!) a short video that describes you, your qualifications and experience, and the requested job.
  • Recommendations: they help you find a job quickly, and therefore it’s very recommended to add recommender’s details. With your consent, Helpbook’s staff conducts a recorded interview with the recommenders on the phone and uploads it to your profile - with their consent and without exposing their contact details and full name on Helpbook.
  • A Picture: A picture is a simple way to immediately provide a personal and inviting element to your profile, and creates credibility. It’s easy - and very recommended.

Some employers prefer to publish a job ad and wait for candidates to address them. Therefore it’s recommended to actively search for jobs and apply for them via the ad.
