Long Term Live-In Caregiver

We are looking for a caregiver, a woman, who speaks English, for my 83-year-old mother, who lives in sheltered housing with my father, in Polg Estate, Kibbutz Tel Yitzhak, near Netanya. My mother, in the process of dementia, but still communicating and aware of her self-respect, needs a caregiver who is willing and able to listen, be curious and communicate beyond helping with bodily needs. The care routine includes a daily trip to lunch at a nearby restaurant, so the caregiver must have a driver's/car license and a trip to the hair salon once a week. The care of the body's needs includes support for walking with a cane/ walker, getting into the car, assistance in the shower and going to the bathroom. We are interested in an extensive position - we will discuss the scope of the position according to the capacity and qualifications of the candidate. The chemistry with my mother is more important to us than the experience
